 My little escape over the weekend to London. Where I will meet Johnathan, a good friend I met in Rio a half year ago.

London is greeting me with his best weather, nicely grey and cold. What do you want more? But it gets even better, I checked my Oyster card and I still got 23 Pounds on it. Uhh, yeah, so it was time to ride the Tube to my friends flat, I still don´t get the directions but luckily I pulled it out.

For me the plan we got for the weekend is perfect! We’re going to train BJJ at his place, followed by a private and after that UFC 205 for the night! All I need to be happy! 

The training facility got the real feel into it, no comfort nothing, it was all about Jiu! It has a lovely foodtruck with Burgers in front of the gym, good thing after training! Vinny, the blackbelt, just played with me, great rolls!

For the UFC 205 it was a little bit hard in the end. I still got the important fights in.

Afterwards it was a lot of sleep to recover, a little bit gambling and being lazy for a good Sunday and of course an amazing english breakfast, you need those fats!

On Monday another training season at Fightzone, huge place and awesome training! The techniques, he showed, was a nice pass sequence to back or armbar! You should definitely visit Fightzone Checkmate if you are in London! Very good place, highly recommended! 

Afterwards it was time to say good bye to London. I will be back next time with a competitions in mind in March 2017.
